The Challenge

Because of the rapidly growing company, there was a need to develop a system to quickly and efficiently communicate with a large national as well as international sales force.

The Solution

With the advent of the Internet we can quickly and efficiently communicate world wide in a matter of seconds. A website was developed which includes not only the information about the products being sold, but also administrative forms (letter heads, faxes, expense reports, pre-written proposals, etc...) research studies and other back-up material became accessible for downloading. Sales commission reports are updated on a regular basis and an interactive e-mail system was develop for requests, questions and answers. In other words the "whole office" was put on-line which will eliminate many phone calls for requests and Q/A. As a result the sales force and the support staff can now all be more productive.
